Privacy and cookies
This policy explains which information we use to run the store, handle orders and protect your account. We ask for information needed for those tasks and to help when you contact support.
To provide support, we do not need your personal password, full card number or CVV security code. Do not post complete product keys or credentials in public spaces either. If we need to verify something about your order, we will tell you exactly what information is safe to share.
Who manages your data
Sovengrid currently manages data for its operation from Bolivia.
In the future, some international operations may move to a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. If that happens, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and publish the relevant details. This policy covers your use of the website, purchases with or without an account, support and voluntary marketing subscriptions.
What information we use
To serve you, we may use information such as your name, email, country, currency and order details, including products, amounts and payment status.
We also record certain technical data such as IP address, browser and security events to protect the platform and detect unusual activity. If a product needs a specific detail to be delivered or linked, we use that information to complete the operation.
What we use it for
We use your information for specific tasks: creating and protecting your account, processing and confirming payments, delivering purchases, managing warranties, answering support requests and preventing abuse.
We may also use limited data to understand how the website works, detect errors and measure campaign performance.
Payments and financial data
Payments are processed through banks, networks or external payment providers.
Sovengrid keeps the transaction references needed for support, such as amount, date, method and status, but we do not store your full card number or CVV. For cryptocurrency payments, we may keep the network address and transaction identifier to verify the payment and match it to the correct order.
Who we share information with
We use external services for functions such as payments, infrastructure, email and fraud prevention.
When information has to be shared with them, we try to limit it to what is needed to provide that service.
Where your data may be processed
Because we work with international technology services, some information may be processed outside your country.
This can happen, for example, with infrastructure, email or payment services.
How long we keep information
We do not keep every piece of data forever, but we also cannot automatically delete everything when an account is closed.
We may need certain records for a period of time to manage warranties, prevent fraud, respond to payment disputes or meet legal obligations. Internal access is limited to authorized people who need it to operate the store or provide support.
How we protect your account
Sovengrid applies technical measures to protect accounts, orders and deliveries.
You can help too: use a password you do not share with others and let us know if you notice activity you do not recognize.
Measurement and advertising
We use Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) to understand in general how people reach Sovengrid and to measure campaigns. These systems may record actions such as viewing a product or adding it to the cart.
At Sovengrid, the Purchase event is recorded only after payment is confirmed. Where appropriate, certain data such as an email address may be transformed using SHA-256 hashing. We do not include activation keys, passwords or private delivery content in marketing events.
You can use your browser privacy settings to limit certain measurement technologies.
Your rights
You can request access, review or correction of your data by writing to [email protected], preferably from the same email used for the purchase.
Depending on the rules that apply to your case, you may also request deletion of certain information. We may need to keep some records where there is a legal obligation, an open warranty, a dispute or a legitimate security need.
Minors
Sovengrid is intended for people who have legal capacity to make purchases.
We do not seek to deliberately collect data from minors without the appropriate authorization from a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
If we change providers, technology, operating structure or the applicable rules, we will update this page.
The date of the latest change will always appear at the top.
