To avoid creation errors, use first and last names without ñ or accented characters. The username accepts letters, numbers and dots.

Can I choose my username?

Yes. Before payment, only the format is validated. After payment is confirmed, the username is checked for use. If it is unavailable, you can update the first name, last name or username from the same order and preparation will continue automatically.

How many devices can I use?

Sovengrid covers delivery and initial access for 3 calendar days from product delivery. Losing or forgetting your personal password after replacing the temporary password is outside the warranty. If another sign-in issue appears during the coverage period, request a review from your order.
