How will I receive my order?

Sovengrid supports the delivery and initial activation during the first 3 calendar days from product delivery. If something goes wrong in that process, we review the case and help you complete it correctly.

Warranty

Sovengrid supports the delivery and initial activation for 3 calendar days from product delivery. If the initial activation fails because of a product-side issue, we review the case and help resolve it. Retail reactivation is contemplated on the originally activated PCs under this option's conditions; moving to different hardware is not guaranteed.
