This product expands Remote Desktop Services access on an already installed and activated compatible Windows Server 2019; it does not replace or activate Windows Server. Choose User CAL or Device CAL before purchase based on who or which device will connect.

Warranty

Sovengrid backs the delivery and initial addition of the RDS CAL pack for 3 calendar days from product delivery. If a product-related issue appears during that initial activation, we will review the case and apply the appropriate solution. Later server or infrastructure changes are outside this initial coverage.
