Warranty

Sovengrid supports the delivery and initial activation for 3 calendar days from product delivery. If the initial activation fails because of a product-side issue, we review the case and help resolve it. The included activation capacity corresponds to the selected package and does not include replacement of activations consumed later because of formatting, reinstallation, transfer or hardware changes.
